International Exchange Meeting for Young Researchers

The satellite meeting is held to facilitate interaction among Travel Award winners and young researchers from abroad and Japan through poster presentations, discussion, and free conversation.

• Free snack and drinks will be served. The participants are to introduce themselves to each other and have discussions in an atmosphere of openness.
• Not only Travel Award winners but also other participants are to display their posters. We look forward to your active participation in this meeting.

The posters for the poster sessions at the main meeting which will begin from Thursday, July 24 will do at this satellite meeting.
Presenters of oral sessions at the main meeting are asked to prepare posters or prints summarizing their presentation content to participate in this satellite meeting.

Date & Time: July 23, 17:00-19:00 (Poster set-up starts at 16:00) *tentative
Venue: Poster Venue (TOKI MESSE　Exhibition Hall)
Eligibility: Graduate students, post-doctoral fellows or equivalent fellows, young PIs or young researchers who have taken the post of associate professor or equivalent posts within 5 years. Any nationality and academic society are accepted.
