On the Day of Childcare

Health Condition If your child's health differs from their usual state, please inform us. If your child has a fever of 37.5°C or higher, vomiting, severe diarrhea, or other concerning symptoms on the day, and the sitter deems them unsuitable for group care, we may not be able to accept your child. For minor illnesses, please understand that the childcare room is a group setting, and the final decision will be made by the sitter in consultation with the parent. Parents are responsible for administering any necessary medication.
Pick-up Procedure The same individual who dropped off the child should be the one to pick them up. If we are unable to contact the parents 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, we will reach out to the conference headquarters.
Frequently Asked Questions

  • Should I bring a blanket for napping?
We will provide mats and blankets for napping.
  • Can I bring my child's favorite toy?
While you may bring a toy, we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items. Therefore, we do not recommend bringing toys.
  • Can I check on my child during breaks?
To ensure a focused and conducive learning environment for all children, we kindly request that parents refrain from entering the childcare room. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Many of the costs for the childcare services are covered by the event's budget, thanks to the understanding and cooperation of other participants. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those using the childcare services, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation, considering the limited budget available for its operation.
