We will provide the following documents only to presenters of symposia, oral presentations, and poster presentations who need to apply for a visa to enter Japan.
* Under the meeting rules, we don’t provide the above-mentioned documents to non-presenters. Please apply for the tourist visa or other visas independently. We appreciate your understanding.
Length of stay that we can support: Maximum of 7 days (4 days for the meeting + 3 additional days).
We are unable to support stays in Japan exceeding 7 days.
*The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis.
We can issue a Letter of Invitation to certify your participation in the meeting after you have completed both registration and payment of the registration fee. Please click the button below to request it.
