１．Registration Period

To avoid long lines for on-site registration, pre-registration options are available at a discount.

Pre-Registration
Early bird：　December 2, 2024- April 15, 2025, 11:59 a.m. Japan time
Late： April 15, 2025 noon – June 20, 2025, noon, Japan time

Registration at On-site Rates :　July 1, 2025 - July 27, 2025

２．Registration Fees

*Registration fees for members are untaxed. Registration fees for non-members include tax.
*The above registration fees do not include the cost of food and beverages for luncheon seminars and receptions.
*Reception fees for both members and non-members include tax.

Notes

• If you are presenting an abstract, please note that membership in the Japan Neuroscience Society is required.
• Please select the category that corresponds to your status at the time of the meeting (July 24-27, 2025), regardless of your JNS membership (e.g., regular, junior, student).
• If you are presenting research results at the meeting, your registration fee may be covered by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research or other grants. Please contact the administrative staff at your workplace for further details.

To graduate students

A student ID is required for registration.

• Pre-registration: Please follow the instructions on the pre-registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card, ensuring the expiry date is visible.
• On-site registration: Please present your student ID card at the registration desk.

A student ID is required for registration.

• Pre-registration: Please follow the instructions on the pre-registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date.
• On-site registration: Please present your student ID card at the registration desk.

 

＜Presenters as first authors＞

Registration fees are required. Please ensure you complete the meeting registration and submit the payment.

＜Undergraduates who are not presenters＞

We offer free registration.

4. Payment / Cancellation Policy

・ Please select either credit card payment or bank transfer. Note: Only credit card payments will be accepted after June 2.

If you need to make a payment from April onwards due to reasons such as workplace transfers, select “Payment from April onwards.”

・ Your registration ID and password are required to view or modify your registered information. Please ensure they are kept in a safe place.
・Cancellation / Modification of Registration

Registration fees or reception fees that are already paid will not be refunded for any reason.
Please take care to avoid duplicate registrations or payments of registration fees.

5. Registration Portal

Please click on the button below to start advance registration.

6. Same-Day Registration (Online / On-site)

Same-day registration is available both online and on-site.

• Online Registration: Please complete your registration through the Confit registration site. Note that payment is accepted via credit card only.
• On-Site Registration: To register in person, please fill out the necessary information on the 'Registration Form' below and present it at the on-site registration desk. Payment will be accepted in cash only.

7. Meeting Badge & Receipt

1）Participants who registered online (Pre-Registration and Same-day Registration)
Those who have completed online registration and payment of registration fees can download the following items from the registration system.
① Meeting badge (available after mid-July)
② Receipt for the payment of the registration fee

Note: Meeting badges and receipts will not be mailed. If you have already made your payment, you can download both from the Confit registration system.

2）Same-Day Registration (On-site)
You will receive your meeting badge and receipt for the registration fee at the registration desk.

8. Reception

Date & Time: Friday, July 25, 2025, 18:30-20:30（tentative）
Venue: Exhibition Hall, Toki Messe
* If you wish to participate in the reception, please ensure that you pay the reception fee together with the registration fee.
*If there are a large number of applications, we may close the application early even before the application deadline. We recommend that those who wish to participate apply as early as possible.

9. JNS membership

・JNS members receive a discount on registration fees. Non-members are encouraged to take this opportunity to join the society.
・First authors must be JNS members. Non-members planning to present their work are requested to apply for membership immediately. Please be aware that if your membership application or payment of the membership fee is not confirmed after you submit your abstract, the meeting organizer reserves the right to cancel your submission.
・Please note: It may take up to a week to receive your membership ID after submitting your application. We advise applying for membership well in advance.
